Partial Bridal Coordination

If a couple already has some of their vendors or venue booked, Weddings by Event Kings can provide partial bridal coordination. We can provide any of the items from our Full Bridal Coordination package that is not booked yet, and we will create a full timeline for all venues and vendors. Weddings by Event Kings will still be there from start to finish on your big day, and provide at least two Day-Of Coordinators to run your wedding.

Day-Of Coordination

When a couple has all of their vendors and venue booked, sometimes they need someone to become their point person for everyone to contact. Event Kings can help with Pre-Wedding Coordination and provide Day Of Coordination, which is when we are in charge of making sure everything goes right the day of the wedding. Starting from hair and make up to packing your car, we take care of everything so you don't have to. We work hand-in-hand with the bridal attendant and maître’ d, taking care of things beyond their normal duties.
