A Weddings By Event Kings Wedding
Put some beautiful summer weather with a pinch of a Long Island beach, and you have the perfect setting for a destination wedding! Both the bride and groom were from out of town and wanted to turn their wedding into a weekend getaway for themselves and their guests.
Their full wedding planning process took about 6 months from the time we met to the day of the wedding. Every single detail was planned from the color of the napkins to the drinks that guests would be served upon their entrance. With the countless meeting, phone calls and email, we were finally ready for the big day.
The ceremony space overlooked a beautiful private beach. We created a full ceremony area equipped with draping that had custom floral accents, bistro lighting and a chandelier. The reception area had unique table cloths and napkins to match the bride’s vintage feel along with the custom centerpieces in mercury glass. We also created a custom escort table mirror and love story mirror to match the rest of the décor in the room.
To top the night off, guests were escorted down to the beach for a bon fire where they enjoyed drinks and snacks as the night came to a close.
