A Weddings By Event Kings
We love doing weddings for people who are close to us, and its even more special when they have the most beautiful day (and weather!) Our stunning couple had all of the right elements; an elegant church, a venue on the water, and a perfect summer day.
The day started off with both the bride and the groom getting ready at their parents’ home, which was convenient since they grew up in the same town! The bridesmaids had navy blue dressed with a bold floral print. Our own floral designers, King Lily Floral, tied in the light pink from their dresses into the bouquets.
Their ceremony was held at their childhood Catholic Church. It had large stained-glass windows that gave the room a warm welcoming feel. The entire bridal party took their photos in a wooded field.
Their venue was right on the water, which allowed guests to enjoy the beautiful sunset. The cocktail house was overflowing with all different types of food, and to show their personalities, we customized a mirror for their place cards. They also added touches of a remembrance table and a polaroid table.
The reception room had a very simplistic feel, which allowed for our floral to be the focal point. The high and low pieces caught everyone’s eyes as they walked in. The dance floor was packed all night long, and when people needed a break, they were able to take a photo in the photo booth!
